Sweet And Sour Cucumbers
Yield: 1 Pint
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 cup Water
3 Cucumbers, Sliced
1 Small Onion, Sliced And Separated
Salt And Pepper, To Taste
Add all ingredients, except cukes and onions, to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour over sliced cucumbers and onions.
