Easy Potatoes Au Gratin
1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 pint of half and half cream
1 (4 1/2oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
