Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Hash Brown Potato Casserole 

1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes 
1 small onion diced 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1 cup sour cream 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 
salt and pepper to taste 
1 cup crushed corn flakes 
2 Tbl. butter, melted 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Thaw potatoes, add all other ingredients, put in a buttered dish. 

Top with crushed corn flakes tossed in melted butter.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
