Herb-Roasted Potatoes Poupon

1/3 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic -- Chopped
1/2 Tsp. Basil
6 Med Red Skin Potatoes -- cut into chucks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a small bowl.
Place potatoes in a lightly greased baking dish. Toss with mustard sauce.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
