Hot Pepper Relish

4 hot red peppers 
18 yellow hot peppers 
1 pint prepared yellow mustard 
1 pint vinegar 
1 1/2 lbs. brown sugar 
1/2 Tbl. salt
3/4 flour


Grind peppers and reserve their juices.

Add mustard, vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook 20 min.

Mix flour and reserved pepper juice.

Add 1 cup pepper mixture to flour mixture and then return to saucepan with remaining pepper mixture.

Cook another 5 min.

Put into hot sterilized and seal.
