Leave enough room for the following hot brine to pour over cucumber mixture. Cool. Keep in refrigerator. Can eat in 2 days. Stir everyday. Will keep indefinitely. Boil following brine: 3 1/2 cups sugar 3 tbsp. coarse salt 1 tsp. celery seeds 2 cups vinegar 1 tsp. tumeric 1 tsp. mustard seed
