Sausage and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. Italian Sausage (mild or hot your choice)
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
12 - 15 large mushroom caps


Preheat broiler.

Brown sausage, drain well. Add cream cheese to sausage and stir until melted and well blended.

Stuff in caps, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Broil approx 5 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
