Sauted Mushrooms

2 teaspoons olive oil
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced or unsliced
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 small onion, thickly sliced
1/4 cup dry wine, red or white
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup broth, chicken or beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon BBQ seasoning
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Saute mushrooms, garlic and onion in oil until mushrooms have released their juices.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on high until most of liquid has evaporated, or until desired consistency.
