Stuffed Mushrooms
Nice size white mushrooms
Butter to saute
Lemon juice
Parmesan Cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove stems. Chop the stems and saute in butter until soft.
Set the mushroom caps in a baking dish and drizzle a little lemon juice into the mushroom caps. Fill the caps with the sauted mushroom stems. Top with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with Italian style bread crumbs. Dot with butter or margarine and bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until tender and golden.
You can put broiler on for a few minutes if you like to brown more.
