Teriyaki Mushrooms

a frying pan filled with sliced mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
couple of cloves of garlic, minced
few dashes of Chinese cooking wine
few dashes of teriyaki sauce


Cook the mushrooms in the butter, dash of salt, until letting go of their liquid. Add garlic, and simmer for a few minutes. Dash on the cooking wine and teriyaki sauce, cover and let simmer for a while, until you have tasted them and they are done.

These mushrooms can be made ahead of time and reheated in the microwave just before dinner is on the table. They should be cooked through, and glazed looking.
