posted by bionicgal 06-15-98 7:12 AM Mustard Greens with Salt Pork 1 or 2 slices salt pork, diced 1 to 2 bunches chilled mustard greens Fry salt pork until crisp. Drain off most of the drippings. Cut the greens into 1/4" shreds. Put into hot fat; stir well; keep heat moderate and turn frequently until mustard greens have wilted; lower heat and steam 4-6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. You can also use regular bacon or leftover ham instead of the salt pork.
