Pea Salad
Serves a large crowd
3 boxes (2 1/2 lbs.) peas
2 cups cashews
1 lb. bacon bits
4 cups water chestnuts
3 bunches chopped green onions
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
6 cups sour cream
Mix all together and dig in!
