Stuffed Peppers
2 large green bell peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup Minute Rice
1 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Parmesan cheese
3 to 4 large carrots, peeled and cut into coin-sized slices
1 cup water
Split peppers into halves; remove seeds.
Combine beef, onion, tomato soup, rice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic.
Spoon mixture into peppers.
Place in electric skillet, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over top of peppers.
Surround with coin-sliced carrots.
Add 1 cup water.
Cook at 300 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of peppers.
