Potato and Ham Casserole

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbs. butter
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
3/4 cup milk
4 cups cooked and diced potatoes
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.


Preheat oven to 350º.

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is transparent. Add soup and seasonings, gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.

Mix potatoes and ham in a greased baking dish. Pour soup mixture over this. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese.
