Potato Casserole
8 large Boiled Potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 medium white sweet onion
8 oz. pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Cut potatoes in small pieces and cook like you would for a potato salad.
Finely chop onion.
Mix sour cream, soup, onion, and grated cheese. Combine with potatoes and place in a well greased casserole.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
