Ranch Stuffed Potatoes
4 baked potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
2 tbl. Butter
2 tbl. Chopped green onion
salt and pepper, to taste
parsley for garnish
cheddar cheese
Scoop out inside of baked potatoes, and combine with remaining ingredients. Fill potato skins with mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bake 12-15 minutes at 375
