Barbecued Potatoes

1 pound unpeeled round red potatoes -- (4 medium)
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
Combine potato and water in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with casserole lid, and microwave at HIGH for 7 minutes, stirring after 3-1/2 minutes.
Add onion; cover and microwave at HIGH for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in barbecue sauce; cover and microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes.
Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
