Chili Potatoes
3 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed, unpeeled
2 tbsp Salt
2 (15oz. cans) of chili without beans
1 cup nonfat sourcream
1 cup sliced green onions
1 (8oz.) pkg. shredded mixed cheese
Preheat broiler.
Cut potatoes into chunks, cook until fork tender. Drain potatoes, lightly smash, leaving chunks.
Mix in sour cream and onions. Pour into heat proof casserole, top with cheese, broil until melted.
Heat chili.
Pass the chili to be spooned over potatoes.
