Pumpkin Crunch
1 can (1 lb. 13 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tps. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend together all the ingredients except cake mix,nuts, and butter.
Pour into a 13x9 pan. Sprinkle evenly with cake mix and chopped nuts. Drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
