Red Hot Vidalias
Several large Vidalia Onions (they shrink so use plenty)
2 tbls. Red Hot Sauce, or to taste
2 tsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Make a foil packet. Place onions that have been sliced thin in foil.
Top with several tablespoons of the Red hot sauce and a few sprinkles
of the oil, salt and pepper. Seal foil and place on grill for about
30 minutes or until onions have cooked down and a sauce forms.
