1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 lb. polish sausage, sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine

In a 3-qt saucepan, cook bacon till crisp. Drain, reserving drippings; set aside.

Brown pork cubes and onion in reserved drippings. Stir in cooked bacon, sliced sausage, wine, undrained mushrooms, beef bullion granules, paprika, bay leaf and 2 1/2 cups water.

Cover and simmer about 1 hour or till pork is tender. Remove and discard bay leaf. Stir in saurkraut.

Stir 1/4 cup cold water into cornstarch. Add to suarkraut mixture; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes more.
