Scalloped Potatoes for 6

2 cups medium white sauce
2 Tbl. chopped parsley
2 Tbl. pimientos, chopped
3 cups cooked potato, diced
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
1/4 tea. paprika


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine white sauce, parsley, pimiento and potatoes in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.

Bake for 20 minutes
