Spinach Catalana

4 lbs. spinach
5 ozs. pine nuts (piņones)
5 ozs. raisins
6 ozs. butter
salt


Cook the spinach in very little water for about 10 minutes, drain very well.

In a skillet put the butter, pine nuts and raisins, and fry until pine nuts are golden; add spinach and sautee 5 minutes until they have soaked up butter.

Serve in platter, very hot.
