Cheesy Spinach Appetizer
1 1/4 sticks of butter, room temperature
2 cups garlic croutons (or any flavor you like)
5 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained and squeezed dry
Combine butter, croutons, eggs, and cheese , mix together thoroughly. Add spinach, mix well. Shape into small balls and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown.
