Spinach and Broccoli Souffle
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped, frozen spinah
1 (10 oz) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
2 Tbl. butter, melted
1 onion
2 eggs
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 cup cornflake crumbs
1 (2.8 oz.)can french fried onion rings
Saute onion in butter. Whip eggs until foamy. Beat soup with onions and eggs. Combine with spinach, broccoli, cornflake crumbs and water chestnuts.
Add onion rings. Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes.
