Saucy Italian Zucchini
3 medium Zucchini; thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil
1 tbl Butter or margarine
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese or 1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
