Baked Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows
4 to 5 yams
1 stick oleo (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup brown sugar
large white marshmallows, to cover
Boil or baked yams until tender to a fork stick. Then put in cold water and peel the skins off. Cut into about 1/4 chucks and put in baking dish. Cut up a stick of oleo over the top and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Cover with marshmallows. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the marshmallows are golden brown.
