Creamy Sweet Potato Pie
1 can (18 oz.) sweet potatoes
1/4 c. water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla pudding
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Mix ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Cool and pour in pie shell.Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Sweet Potato Pie
2 c. sweet potato, boiled and mashed
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c margarine, melted
1 can (8 oz.) evaporated milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells
Mix potatoes, eggs, sugar, margarine, milk, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixing bowl until well blended. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
Sweet Potato Pie
2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small can Pet milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (4 serving size) box instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Beat eggs, add sugar and potatoes. Add pudding and other ingredients. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
Sweet Potato Pie
2 c. mashed sweet potato
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small instant vanilla pudding
2 eggs
1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes in unbaked pie shell.
