Swiss Asparagus au Gratin
1/2 cup water
1-1/2 lbs. asparagus spears, trimmed
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 T. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in large skillet; add asparagus. Cook 2 minutes; drain. Place in 10x6 baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over asparagus.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese mixture is lightly browned.
Makes 4 servings.
