Bacon Tomato Appetizers
2 quarts cherry tomatoes
1 pound bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Not salad dressing)
With a knife cut off a thin top of each tomato (stem part) and discard. Scoop out inside from tomato (a half teaspoon works really well)and set tomato aside.
Fry bacon until brown. Cook and crumble. Add mayonnaise.
Put bacon filling into each tomato.
Note: Stuff with cream cheese and bacon. Also, with cream cheese mixed with the dry hidden Valley Ranch.
