Tomato: Tomato Pie

Tomato Pie

12 slices of bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
3 large tomatoes, sliced
1 9-inch deep dish pie shell, baked
8 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise


Arrange tomato slices in baked pie shell, sprinkle bacon and onions on top. Mix cheese and mayonnaise and spread on tomato mixture. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
