Hot Dog Relish

4 cups chopped green tomatoes
1 med. head of cabbage, chopped
4 cups of chopped onions
12 green peppers, chopped
6 red peppers, chopped
1/2 cup sea salt
6 c. sugar
1 T. celery seed
2 T. mustrad seed
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
4 cups cider vingear
2 cups of water
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a non-metal pan or bowl. Let set overnight. Next morning rinse and drain; repeat a couple of times.
Combine the remaining ingredients (sugar through water) and boil for 3 minutes, simmer and then
put in hot jars and seal. This should make 8 pints.
