Vegetable Pizza

2 packages of crescent rolls
8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
2 tbls. dill weed
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 cup sour cream


Spread crescent rolls out on jelly roll pan, pressing seams together. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, dill weed, dressing mix and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled crust. Top with chopped raw veggies such as: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery. Can also add a few black or green olives and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Press into the crust lightly.
Chill well.
