Grandma's Zucchini Bread
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/3 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups Sifter Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
3 eggs, beaten until lemon colored
1 cup oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups grated unpeeled zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and grease and flour pans.
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Mix well together. Fold in raisins and nuts.
Pour into well greased and floured pan.
Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaf pans, one angel food or bundt pan.
