Impossible Zucchini Pie
1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley
2 medium zucchini, sliced or shredded
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients, except Bisquick.
Stir in Bisquick and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
