Fool M'dammas

Serves 4

2 tins chick peas drained and rinsed or 1 lb. dried beans, cooked and drained
2 cloves garlic - crushed;
1/2 cup olive oil
juice 1 lemon (or to taste)
1 teaspoon salt (taste 1st)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
chopped parsley


Mix drained and rinsed peas with everything else. Mix well. serve hot or cold.

Sprinkle with more chopped parsley.
