Herbed Feta Pasta

Herbed Feta Pasta (can serve cold or hot)

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 4 oz. package Athenos Feta with Basil and Tomatoes
1 4 oz. package Athenos Feta with cracked peppercorn
1/3 cup oil cured olives, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsely
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. fresh linguine


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but linquine. Mix and set aside.

Cook linguine until al dente and add to bowl and toss and serve immediately if you want it warm. Otherwise let sit in fridge for a salad and serve when chilled. It was great both ways.
